Calculates the mean east, north, up components of the residuals from N number of transponders.

Returns:
residuals(N,) ndarray

Residuals values in centimeters (cm)

az(N,) ndarray

Azimuth values in degrees (deg)

el(N,) ndarray

Elevation values in degrees (deg)
